Bemidji Sons of Norway Christmas

I guess this would go under this category, maybe not, but it was artistic. On 17 December the Bemidji 500 Sons of Norway lodge held their Christmas potluck supper. Their was also a program, of which I was MC and a participant in. Our singing group, the Norsk Tones sang (in Norwegian) some Christmas songs and my wife Karen and I read the Christmas story. Karen would read a verse in English and I would repeat the verse in Norwegian. We got a lot of good comments on the whole program. Our group got our picture in the local newspaper and the real neat thing was that there was a camera person there from the Bemidji Public TV station that filmed the program and interviewed me and another lady for a program that will air in January. The program is called Common Ground and is about heritage, culture and art of our area of Minnesota. It was exciting. I'm including a picture of our group.
