What is your favorite brand and sauce they are in.

I was in Minneapolis yesterday and went to Ingebretsen's Store and picked up several tins of Fiskbullar, I got the Abba Brand ( Swedish) in Raksas,
Buljong and have had them in lobster sauce ( my favorite) and the Husmor brand ( Norwegian) in bouillon and the Sunnmore brand ( Norwegian) packed in brine

I also got some Felix Lingonberries that we use quite a bit. I also have a Cloudberry but dont care for then as they are to sweet for me.

Happy EASTER to every one, I'm going to put a ham on the Weber Grill.

In my mind Vesteraalen fiskeboller is the best brand. https://www.toolbox.as/shop/matvarer/139_216_219_222/FISK%20HERMETIKK//4797/VESTER%C3%85LEN%20FISKEBOLLER%20800G

I use the stock in the can and make a bechamel sauce. Remember to start with milk and then use the stock. Else it can give a "fishy" smelll.
Plane and simple, we use this several times a month
