Norwegian (Full name Norwegian Air Shuttle)
Will start low-cost-long-haul from NYC to Oslo in the first half 2013.
They will use the brand new Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
The tickets are said to be as low as 2000NOK, that's $350, for a round-trip.

Wow! The website looks great. I took Norwegian air last summer from Oslo to Stockholm, and the airfare came to less than 100 dollars, and it only took about an hour.  Good experience.
